Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mommuum. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are shipped from our local warehouse to your delivery address located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. 

Shipments are on best effort basis and will be delivered as early as possible with a maximum delivery timeline of 7 calendar days from order date. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges is subject to change depending on the delivery address, rates will be different for East Malaysia and West Malaysia.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mommuum is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mommuum provide delivery service to all of its order on best effort basis and have taken all necessary precaution with the shipment carrier, in the event that you received your item in damaged condition, please contact us at customerservice@mommuum.com to file a claim for product replacement
